Regarding the CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)  Services are available in-person for healthy individuals, as well as virtual tele-mental health services for those who benefit from this accessibility.  Be sure to confirm with you insurance that they cover Tele-mental health services.  I maintain a HIPAA-compliant platform that allows us to meet easily by video.  

Meet Katie Cahill

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Registered Art Therapist, I have a variety of methods to meet the needs of those I work with. I utilize skills-based (CBT, DBT, mindfulness), process-oriented and relational approaches depending on the goals we make. I believe therapy is an active and collaborative process to facilitate insight and change. Having trained and become certified in expressive art therapy, I offer individualized therapeutic methods that allow people to better understand themselves and their situation. Language can often be limiting. By exploring one’s world through the creative process, one can express themselves more fully, gain new perspectives and build new coping skills.
